Madame’s passion for cooking started long ago with the smell of fried onions and cumin in mama’s kitchen. The love for eating made this passion grow and years of home cooking followed. During many years of traveling around the world, from California to Latin America and Asia, different cuisines inspired the creation of new recipes. Madame Jeannette simply loves to share these with you.
It took one entire year of building, restoring and crafting until the purple truck was ready to serve food at its first event in 2017. But the Madame mobile is an ongoing dynamic artwork where creativity is put as much in the appearance as in the food. Everything is handmade with beautiful, recycled materials and a lot of attention for detail.
